Private Bookings

Hire a Special Train for Your Group

Corio Bay Miniature Railway offers exclusive train experiences for private groups on Saturdays and Sundays between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm, subject to availability and no conflicting bookings.

Safety and Insurance

• The railway is fully covered by $20 million public liability insurance.

• All operations are conducted by fully qualified, licensed volunteers, each holding a current Working with Children Check.

Weather Considerations

• Trains will not operate in wet weather.

• If a booking is cancelled due to weather, and notification is given at least 24 hours in advance, the booking may be rescheduled to another available date.

• Refunds are not automatically provided for weather cancellations but can be considered at the Charities discretion.

General Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations for reasons other than weather will be reviewed by the Charities Board on a case-by-case basis.
